Shipping policy

ORDER TIME //  Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed for shipping.  

WAREHOUSE HOURS //  Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday as our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE US //  We offer free shipping within the US for orders with a value of $75 or more via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping or shipping via another service is available to purchase at checkout. PO Boxes will be delivered to via USPS.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US//  Buyers outside of the US are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.  

INFORMATION ACCURACY//  Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

MANE LABEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES//  If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
