Refund policy
RETURNS
We understand that it can take a few attempts to dial in the method that works best for you, so we want to give you plenty of time to get to know your Sway. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy. We're here if you need us- besides all the how-to videos on our social channels, we love working with you one-on-one to offer guidance and suggestions so that you can get the most out of your Sway. If it's still not working, contact us to request a return, and we can send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once approved and return label(s) provided, we ask that returns be sent within one week.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the return will be precessed and the exchange will be shipped.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be automatically remitted through your original payment method, minus return label cost (Usually around $3 - $4 from the continental US). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
